US vice president Joe Biden has had near-zero media attention since he and president Obama wore sworn into office. However, as you may have already noticed, Biden is all over the traditional news outlets and the blogs this week. Media alibi: Biden is on a trip to China. It smells as though Democratic party bosses want Biden standing by as a sudden presidential candidate if Obama sinks in poll numbers.

It's spreading and it's bloody. A Dummerston woman was reportedly murdered execution style. The manager of the Co-op was shot, reports say.
